WHEREAS the Children’s Hospital of Saskatchewan is currently being constructed at the RUH Hospital, where 1/3 of the current parking has been decommissioned; and

WHEREAS municipal ratepayers, who are patients and visitors, who travel to Saskatoon are unable to access the current parking lots as they are often full to capacity; and

WHEREAS municipal ratepayers employed by the hospital are being relocated to non-electric parking lots located over ½ mile away and must take shuttles during daylight hours; and

WHEREAS shift workers are forced to walk after hours in the dark, with no escorts to their vehicles;
