
Ray Orb President
Reeve of the RM of Cupar, Ray has been on the SARM board for 16 years and President since 2014. Raised on a farm in the Markinch district and running his own mixed farm operation for many years, Ray has a passion for agriculture and advancing the industry. A true Blue Jays fan and Roy Orbison enthusiast, Ray also enjoys fishing and boating, and watching Sci-Fi movies.

William Huber Vice President
Bill is a councillor of the RM of Lipton who served as Division 1 Director since 2016 before becoming Vice President in early 2021. Bill is a member of the Lipton Evangelical Missionary Church and proud alumnus of 4H. When he isn't busy juggling board and committee meetings, he enjoys spending time with his 3 sons, 1 daughter, and 7 grandchildren.

Bob Moulding Division 1 Director
For the past 16 years, Bob has served rural Saskatchewan in various elected or board roles. Currently he is on council for both RM of McLeod No. 185 and RM of Abernathy No. 186, as well as the SARM Resolutions Committee for Division 1. Bob and his wife live on a small mixed farm operation outside of Abernethy where they raise PB Charolais Cattle, and grain farm alongside their son.

Norm Nordgulen Division 2 Director
Norm is the Reeve of the RM of Lake of the Rivers No. 72 and has been Director of Division 2 since 2011. Norm is an ardent naturalist and historian to the point where he gave the Nature Conservancy of Canada an easement on his ranch to keep it in its natural state for all time. A proud father of 3 children, Norm is grandpa to 11 grandchildren.

Larry Grant Division 3 Director
Larry is the Reeve of the RM of Val Marie and has served as Director of Division 3 since 2015. He and his wife operate a ranch north of Val Marie, and have four sons and six grandchildren. Larry is passionate about the positive impact agriculture can have on the environment and is a true steward of the land.

Harvey Malanowich Division 4 Director
Harvey is the Reeve for the RM of Sliding Hills and has served as Director of Division 4 since 2006. Harvey is concerned about the agriculture industry with the loss of farm families, rural communities, and services in rural areas. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and quiet time woodworking.

Darwin Whitfield Division 6 Director
Darwin is the Reeve of the RM of Oakdale and has been Director of Division 6 since 2019. With roots in his family farm that was established in 1908, Darwin and his wife became four generational grain and cattle farmers. An avid hockey coach and referee, you can still find Darwin on the ice chasing his grandchildren to hockey and dance.
