About Convention

The annual convention and trade show draws roughly 2,000 delegates and guests from across the province and provides SARM members the opportunity to gather as a whole to vote on and debate resolutions, discuss current issues, and participate in dialogue sessions with provincial and federal government officials. 

The 2026 SARM Annual Convention and Trade Show will be held on March 10-12, 2026, at REAL District in Regina.

About Trade Show

The SARM annual convention dates back over a hundred years. The trade show has become a signature event that draws our rural municipal leaders. We appreciate the partnerships we’ve developed with our trade show exhibitors as they help advance rural Saskatchewan and support the work of rural municipal government. In challenging times like now, we welcome your continued support for rural Saskatchewan.

Exhibitor registration for the 2026 SARM Trade Show will open in two phases. Please see an outline of each below:

  1. SARM Approved Suppliers & Return Exhibitors (within last 4 years) – April 1-30, 2025 (Click here to find out how to become an approved supplier)
  2. New Exhibitors & Public – May 1, 2025

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation occurs before February 2, 2026, 75% of your fee will be refunded.
  • If cancellation occurs between February 2, 2026 and March 2, 2026, 50% of your fee will be refunded.
  • If cancellation occurs after March 2, 2026, no fee will be refunded.
