Resolution No. 41-03A

WHEREAS, the Federal Government continues to interfere with our historically established culture and heritage through legislation of time-consuming, expensive, absurd regulations forced on firearms owners; and

WHEREAS, Bill C-68 infringes on Canadian rights and freedoms by forcing hunters, firearms collectors, recreational target shooters and the farming community to alter their culture and traditions;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the SARM urge the Saskatchewan Government to form an alliance with other provinces and withdraw from participation in and enforcement of this firearms legislation.
