WHEREAS energy infrastructure in Canada and can create and support jobs in rural Saskatchewan and provide access to markets that is essential for the agriculture and resource sectors of our landlocked province;

BE IT RESOLVED that SARM support energy infrastructure projects that have a positive effect on rural communities and the economy.
