SARM’s 108th Annual Convention will take place from Monday, March 11 to Thursday, March 14, 2013 and Prairieland Park in Saskatoon.
Registration and Tradeshow will be open from 7:00-9:30 PM on Monday March 11th The Tradeshow will open again at 8:15 a.m. on Tuesday with the opening ceremonies starting at 10:00 a.m. The registration desk will be open at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 12th and will remain open each day of the convention.

Please present yourself at the registration desk where you will be provided with your nametag and convention bag which will include the agenda and resolution book. Each RM that has paid their membership fees may appoint two official delegates who will also receive the voting cards when they register.
The SARM Tradeshow, held in conjunction with the SARM Convention will feature over 130 different companies/businesses including a variety of large equipment displays. Be sure to make your way through the show and find your name to be dropped off at the CAA booth #61 for a chance to win a trip for two on the Churchill Tour.

Wednesday 8:00 – 3:30 PM
SARM Banquet – Featuring Variety Performer David Merry
SARM will be hosting a banquet on Wednesday, March 13th at Prairieland Park. The evening will consist of a buffet banquet followed by variety performer David Merry.
Tickets are just $35-see the attached order form for more details and to purchase your tickets.
PLEASE NOTE: To simplify things, SARM will invoice RM purchased tickets.
The 2013 “SARM OFFICIAL HOTEL CARDS” will not be sent out. RM’s attending the March Convention and who have paid their membership fees can pick up their hotel cards at the registration desk.
