Response From Honourable Len Taylor, Minister of Government Relations:

A review of the provisions respecting the determination of which division a voter is to vote within and whether the voters registration form of The Rural Municipality Act, 1989 (RMA) requires amendment will be conducted in our ongoing review of municipal legislation. We will consult with the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities and the Rural Municipal Administrator's Association regarding potential options to address the RM of Lakeside No. 388's concerns.
