Resolution No. 4-01M

WHEREAS, the costs for advertising tenders for road construction are very high; and

WHEREAS, all contractors could easily have access to the internet;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that SARM investigate the possibility of setting up a spot on their web site for tendering RM road construction projects, and that government regulations change to allow this to happen.
