Resolution No. 4-01A

WHEREAS, since its inception, the SARM Health and Dental Benefits Plan premiums have increased annually; and

WHEREAS, increased premiums jeopardize the integrity of the benefit; and

WHEREAS, continued increases will force an increase in the number of withdrawls from the plan thereby futher magnifying premiums;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that SARM recognize terms of the Health and Dental Benefits Plan with Canada Life or actively seek viable alternatives to the current situation.
