Resolution 8-02A 

WHEREAS, liability insurance premiums have risen dramatically in the past few months; and

WHEREAS, the risk of loss in Saskatchewan is substantially lower than that elsewhere in North America, resulting in Saskatchewan premiums being used to subsidize coverage elsewhere.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that a study be undertaken with a view to raising the coverage limits on the SARM Liability Self-Insurance Plan.
