WHEREAS the Government of Saskatchewan introduced PST on insurance premiums during their 2017 budget;
WHEREAS Saskatchewan farmers and ranchers must carry substantial amounts of insurance to operate effectively and protect themselves against financial hardship;
BE IT RESOLVED that SARM lobby the provincial government to remove PST from insurance premiums immediately.
