WHEREAS the wildfires have damaged agricultural land;

WHEREAS that land will not be useable for production and grazing;

WHEREAS taxation should reflect the changes in productivity and the ability to graze;

BE IT RESOLVED that if pastures impacted by the wildfires are not useable for 1-3 years, that they be reassessed for taxation purposes;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the grazing lease fees be waived if the land cannot be grazed due to the wildfires.
