WHEREAS SARM offers Municipal Leader′s Roles and Responsibilities Module annually for new council members; and

WHEREAS the module was offered in both Regina and Saskatoon every November in the past but is currently now only offered in the hosting city the day before the mid-term convention; and

WHEREAS it is difficult for some new council members to attend the mid-term convention, thus missing the opportunity to attend the Module available that year;

BE IT RESOLVED that the Municipal Leader’s Roles and Responsibilities Module remain available the day before the mid-term convention in the hosting city, but also be available later in November in the non-hosting city for that year.
