WHEREAS rural municipalities require land surveyors to complete the establishment of right-of-ways, road widening, fence lines, etc.; and

WHEREAS it has become increasingly difficult to obtain the services of a commissioned land surveyor to conduct these legal surveys in a timely matter;

BE IT RESOLVED that we request SARM to investigate the feasibility of obtaining the full-time services of a commissioned land surveyor for the exclusive use of rural municipalities.
