WHEREAS the beaver population in some parts of the province is still rapidly increasing; and
WHEREAS beavers cause significant damage to roads and infrastructure as well as loss of arable areas; and
WHEREAS the current beaver control funding is insufficient and is depleted within a few months of receiving it;
BE IT RESOLVED that SARM lobby the Province of Saskatchewan to increase this funding to control Beaver Populations where required.
