Resolution No. 33-01A

BE IT RESOLVED, that SARM ask the Provincial Government to ensure that Sask Water be more responsible and consistent in their dealing with illegal water drainage and that they adhere to their mandate and responsibilities as established in The Water Corporations Act, July, 1984.
