Resolution No. 1-02M 

WHEREAS, resolutions provide the direction for SARM policy; and 

WHEREAS, SARM currently does not have a resolution longevity policy;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that SARM Bylaw No. 4 be amended by adding the following clause:

7.1 Resolutions, other than resolutions calling for amendments to the association bylaws,  which receive the endorsement of the convention assembly are effective for five (5) years after their passage, unless later amended or rescinded.
