The Ministry of Agriculture is asking for all RM’s that are selling 2% Liquid Strychnine Concentrate to forward a copy of their Purchase Agreement Forms to the Ministry for the period ending May 16, 2014. These forms are to be sent to the Ministry by MAY 30TH, 2014. If you have no sales, please provide a nil report to the Ministry for their record keeping.
With PMRA’s restricted registration for 2% liquid strychnine, the Ministry of Agriculture is expected to collect Purchase Agreement Forms and uses this information in the Richardson Ground Squirrel Stewardship Program.

Please make sure to keep the originals at the RM office.
Additional requests from the Ministry will be coming out in the at the End of July and at the end of the season.
RMs are also asked that rate payers who have purchased and used the product to fill out and return the Product Evaluation Forms. The Ministry will also be asking for these forms at the end of the season.
