SARM Benefits Plan
The SARM Benefits Plan provides the following benefits to participating members:
- Disability
- Death
- Maternity
- Vision Care
- Accidental Death and Dismemberment
Coverage is available for rural municipal employees and elected and appointed officials.
Currently, 290 rural municipalities participate in the Plan, with over 2,000 employees enrolled. It is a self-insured, employer-funded plan that began in 1967.
Group Benefits Plans
SARM has partnered with Saskatchewan Blue Cross to provide a variety of Group Benefits Plans to members. Plans administered by SARM are:
- Long-Term Disability Benefits
- Health and Dental Benefits
- Optional Life Insurance
- Group Life Insurance
