WHEREAS Stars is coming to Saskatchewan

WHEREAS the private sector has contributed significantly to the purchase of the emergency helicopters

WHEREAS STARS will have a major impact on saving lives in rural Saskatchewan

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a voluntary contribution of up to $2 per capita per year from each participating RM be submitted to SARM

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that SARM present a cheque from the voluntary contributors collected to the chairperson of STARS at our November convention on an ongoing annual basis, to help fund the maintenance of STARS.
