WHEREAS, the OUI (Own Use Import Program) for farm importation of Clearout 41 Plus Glyphosate chemical has been suspended; and WHEREAS, this program facilitated a significant saving to our primary producers;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that SARM lobby the federal government for the reinstatement of the Own Use Permit Program.
