SARM Congratulates Andrew Scheer
SARM congratulates Andrew Scheer, Member of Parliament for Regina Qu’Appelle, on his election as the leader of the Conservative Party of Canada this past weekend.
“SARM is always pleased to see Saskatchewan’s representation elevated at the federal level,” said SARM President Ray Orb. “We look forward to meeting Mr. Scheer in the coming months to discuss issues of national importance, such as agriculture and grain transportation, rural infrastructure funding, and the looming imposition of a federal carbon tax.”
SARM is the voice of rural Saskatchewan, representing all 296 rural municipalities in the province.
