Fire and Safety Regulations*

- All propane tanks and vehicles must be less than a quarter of a tank full of fuel for display, vending or demonstration purposes
- Fire Regulations require the use of fireproof tablecloths for all exhibits
- Open flame candles are prohibited in all facilities

Display Vehicles (Motorized)*

As per the City of Regina's Bylaw for display vehicles which are on display are subject to the following conditions:
- Vehicles must be cleaned before being admitted into our facilities
- Gas tanks must not contain more than a quarter tank of gasoline or fuel
- Fuel caps must be taped or locked shut
- Dip pans are required under all vehicles while inside the venue
- Keys are to be left with the venue's security team or the sales coordinator
- Vehicles that are equipped with pressurized propane or nitrous oxide tanks must have the tanks professionally purged prior to display in the venue and must be able to provide paperwork as proof upon request

Additional Exhibitor Rules & Restrictions*

Booth Move In / Out – Please review the details below and plan accordingly
- Booths must be set up within the 1-5pm timeframe on Monday, March 9th (No set up is allowed on Tuesday morning)
- All booths must be moved out of the venue by 6pm on Wednesday, March 11th
- Any exhibitors who move in or out before or after the specified timeframes will not be invited back
- Once the trade show sells out we are unable to accommodate any booths changes or relocations
Large Equipment Space Move In / Out – Please review the details below and plan accordingly
- No equipment will be moved inside the event space until Monday, March 9th
- Equipment can only be dropped off in the designated outdoor area starting Saturday, March 7th
- No forklifts or mobile wash stations will be available for use until Monday, March 9th
- Mobile wash station & forklift times will be assigned according to your assigned move in time. These must be adhered to in order to facilitate a efficient a timely move in
- Large equipment move in must be done within assigned time windows, not before or after (move in windows will be communicated the month prior to the trade show to the email address provided above)
- All large equipment must be out of the venue by 9pm on Wednesday, March 11th
- All large equipment must be off the venue grounds by 6pm on Thursday, March 12th
- Do not drive any tracked machines to/from the wash stations or in/out of the trade show venue

SWAG and Promo Items
- If you plan to prepare food, beverages, or other promo items onsite (i.e. popcorn, coffee carts, etc.) you must contact tradeshow@sarm.ca to request permission from SARM. You must also meet all the SHA licensing requirements. This will require some time, so you must plan ahead.

Audio Equipment
- Dedicated booth sound systems are not allowed
