SARM’s services have grown over the years to meet the needs of rural municipalities. It all started in the 1930’s with Member Purchasing (Trading Services) and today includes legal, community planning, and municipal bridge services.
Community Planning
SARM's community planning services are available to rural and urban municipalities on a fee for service basis. There are a variety of services offered.
Legal Services
SARM's legal services principally represents rural municipalities with respect to claims under the SARM Liability Self-Insurance Plan, as well as provide advice to the Board of Directors.

Municipal Bridge Services
SARM's municipal bridge services provides professional technical advice to member related bridge construction, bridge inspections, bridge repair procedures, allowable vehicle weights, culvert design flow requests, culvert capacity estimates, and cost estimates.
