MCDP
The Municipal Capacity Development Program was a partnership between SARM, SUMA, New North and Government Relations with the goal of promoting growth, cooperation and community development through inter-municipal partnership. Although the program was terminated in 2016, a number of tools, resources, and best practices created in the program still provide value to members today.
