Resolution No. 4-02M

WHEREAS, the SARM March conventions average 1900 in attendance and the SARM November conventions average 900 in attendance; and  

WHEREAS, the main convention hall in Regina only holds 900 to 1000 people and the main convention hall in Saskatoon holds 1200 to 1300 people when seated at tables;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the SARM hold the March conventions in Saskatoon where there is more seating room and that the November conventions be held in Regina as there is normally less delegates in attendance at this convention.
