ATV Operator Permission

BE IT RESOLVED that we request that the Government of Saskatchewan require all ATV operators to obtain permission from landowners prior to entering private land.

Section 6 of the All terrain Vehicle Act already requies any ATV operator to get permission from an owner to operate on their private land:

      6  No person shall operate an all terrain vehicle on any:
            (a)  private land not owned or ossupied by him or a members of his immediate family;
