Rural Municipal elections take place October 22, 2014 in Divisions 2, 4, and 6. Nominations may be received until 4:00 PM September 17th.
Once again, SARM is hosting real-time, online election reporting for RMs to publically post their election candidates and results for the upcoming rural municipal election. The site allows for real-time reporting on election night for media and ratepayers, as well as provides an online forum to view candidates prior to the election. RMs will receive an email in the coming weeks with a link to the election reporting website and each RM Administrator will be provided a unique username and password to log in and enter the municipality’s election candidates and results via e-mail.
