About
SARM IS THE INDEPENDENT ASSOCIATION that represents its membership of rural municipal government in Saskatchewan. We champion the value of rural Saskatchewan and as its voice, we speak strong and clear to represent RMs.
History
Established in 1905, SARM was there when the ground was first broken in Saskatchewan; when the roads first connected us as a province. We remain a grass roots association committed to rural municipal government and being the voice of rural Saskatchewan.
About Us
SARM was established in 1905 to represent rural municipal government in Saskatchewan and to foster relationships with municipal, provincial and federal governments.
