WHEREAS a rural municipality (RM) receives numerous inquiries each year from the public for maps of the municipality; and

WHEREAS it would be convenient for RMs and the public if RM maps were available online;

BE IT RESOLVED that SARM explore the possibility of and costs associated with housing municipal maps on-line for all rural municipalities (RM); and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all RMs would be expected to participate.
