Legal services principally represents rural municipalities with respect to claims under the SARM Liability Self-Insurance Plan, as well as provide advice to the Board of Directors. Legal services also provides advice to RMs, including providing written opinions, drafting bylaws and agreements as well as representing RMs in legal proceedings.
