About Convention

The annual convention and trade show draws roughly 2,000 delegates and guests from across the province and provides SARM members the opportunity to gather as a whole to vote on and debate resolutions, discuss current issues, and participate in dialogue sessions with provincial and federal government officials. 

The 2025 SARM Annual Convention and Trade Show will be held on March 11-13, 2025, at Prairieland Park in Saskatoon.

About Trade Show

The SARM annual convention dates back over a hundred years. The trade show has become a signature event that draws our rural municipal leaders. We appreciate the partnerships we’ve developed with our trade show exhibitors as they help advance rural Saskatchewan and support the work of rural municipal government. In challenging times like now, we welcome your continued support for rural Saskatchewan.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor registration for the 2025 SARM Trade Show is officially open. If you would like to become an exhibitor, please register through the link below. Please note you must provide proof of insurance evidencing a minimum of $2MM in liability insurance in order to participate in the trade show. If you cannot meet this requirement, please do not register.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation occurs before February 1, 2025, 75% of your fee will be refunded.
  • If cancellation occurs between February 1, 2025 and March 1, 2025, 50% of your fee will be refunded.
  • If cancellation occurs after March 1, 2025, no fee will be refunded.
