About Convention
The annual convention and trade show draws roughly 2,000 delegates and guests from across the province and provides SARM members the opportunity to gather as a whole to vote on and debate resolutions, discuss current issues, and participate in dialogue sessions with provincial and federal government officials.
The 2026 SARM Annual Convention and Trade Show was held on March 10-12, 2026, at REAL District in Regina in the International Trade Centre (ITC).

About Trade Show
The SARM annual convention dates back over a hundred years. The trade show has become a signature event that draws our rural municipal leaders. We appreciate the partnerships we’ve developed with our trade show exhibitors as they help advance rural Saskatchewan and support the work of rural municipal government. In challenging times like now, we welcome your continued support for rural Saskatchewan.
The 2027 SARM Trade Show will be held at Prairieland Park in Saskatoon from March 9-10, 2027. Exhibitor registration is now open to all exhibitors. If you would like to become an exhibitor, register to secure your spot through the link below. Please note that all exhibitors must hold a minimum of $2MM in liability insurance. A Certificate of Insurance evidencing your coverage will be requested after you register. If you cannot fulfill this requirement, you will not be able to participate in the trade show.

Below is an outline of our exhibitor cancellation policy.
- If cancellation occurs before February 1, 2027, 75% of your fee will be refunded
- If cancellation occurs between February 1, 2027, and March 1, 2027, 50% of your fee will be refunded
- If cancellation occurs after March 1, 2027, no fee will be refunded

On-Site Solicitation
SARM strictly prohibits non-exhibiting and non-sponsoring individuals/organizations from soliciting at any SARM conventions and trade shows. Soliciting includes, but is not limited to, the distribution of marketing or promotional materials in any area of the event sites. Any party that violates this policy will be permanently barred from participating in all future SARM conventions and trade shows.
