The Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM), with their member RMs, will welcome 2,000+ delegates, exhibitors, and guests from across the province to convene from Wednesday, March 13 to Friday, March 15, 2024, for the Annual Convention & Trade Show. Attendees will have the opportunity to network, interact with the provincial and federal government, vote on and debate resolutions, and discuss current issues affecting rural SK.

Wednesday, March 13 l Opening Ceremonies / Addresses / Leader of the Opposition Address / Media Scrum
Opening Ceremonies start at 10am, followed by addresses, notably from the Honourable Don McMorris, the SK Minister of Government Relations, and Ray Orb, SARM President. The Leader of the Opposition Address begins at 1:30pm. A media scrum with the Leader of the Opposition and SARM President begins at 2pm in Meeting Room 4.
Thursday, March 14 l Premier’s Address / Bear Pit / Media Scrum
The Honourable Scott Moe, Premier of Saskatchewan, will address the delegates at 1pm. Immediately following is the Bear Pit with the provincial cabinet. A media scrum with the Premier and SARM President begins at 3:15pm in Meeting Room 4.
Friday, March 15 l SARM Board Elections
An election for the Director of Division 3 will begin at 9:00am in a closed meeting. A media scrum with SARM President Orb to wrap up the convention and hear the highlights begins at 10:45am in Meeting Room 4.
Over the course of the convention, delegates can hear from and dialogue with elected officials, network, and debate resolutions.
