The Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM), with their member RMs, will welcome 2,000+ delegates, exhibitors, and guests from across the province to convene from Tuesday, March 14 to Thursday, March 16, 2023, for the 118th Annual Convention & Trade Show. Attendees will have the opportunity to network, interact with the provincial government, vote and debate resolutions, and discuss current issues affecting rural SK.

Tuesday, March 14 l Opening Ceremonies / Addresses / Healthcare Forum
Opening Ceremonies start at 1 pm, followed by addresses, notably from the Honourable Don McMorris, the SK Minister of Government Relations, and Ray Orb, SARM President. The Rural Healthcare Forum begins at 4pm.
Wednesday, March 15 l Premier’s Address / Bear Pit / Leader of the Opposition Address / Media Scrum
The Honourable Scott Moe, Premier of Saskatchewan, will address the delegates at 9am. Immediately following is the Bear Pit with the provincial cabinet begins. At 11:15am, the Leader of the Opposition, Carla Beck will give her address, also at this time the Media Scrum with the Premier and SARM President begins in Meeting Room C3&4 (SARM Convention Office).
Thursday, March 16 l SARM Board Elections
At 9am, President Ray Orb and Vice President, Bill Huber, who are both acclaimed for further 2-year terms, will address delegates and outline the direction they plan to take SARM during this time. An election, for the Director of Division 2 will follow in a closed meeting. A Media Scrum with President Orb to wrap up convention and hear the highlights begins at 11:15am in Meeting Room C3&4 (SARM Convention Office).
Over the course of convention, delegates can hear from and dialogue with elected officials, network, and debate resolutions.
