The introduction of The Municipal Conflict of Interest Amendment Act, 2015 granted the Saskatchewan Ombudsman’s the authority to take complaints about municipalities. Ombudsman Saskatchewan is now offering a one-hour webinar to introduce the role of the Saskatchewan Ombudsman and what it will mean for municipalities. The webinar will include an overview of Ombudsman Saskatchewan’s complaint process, a look at fair-decision making, and some examples of complaints. The webinar will be offered on the following dates:
- April 19, 2016 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
- April 20, 2016 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- April 21, 2016 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
