SARM’s 107th Annual Convention will take place from Monday, March 12 to Thursday, March 15, 2012 at the Queensbury Convention Centre – Evraz Place in Regina.
Registration and Tradeshow will be open from 7:00-9:30 PM on Monday March 12th with the opening ceremonies starting at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, March 13th. The registration desk will be open at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, March 13th and will remain open each day of the convention.

Bus Service will once again be provided to and from the Queensbury Convention Centre – Evraz Place to the following hotels:

| South | Travelodge and West Harvest |
| East | Chateau Regina, Comfort Inn, Country Inn & Suites (please go to Comfort Inn for pick-up), Days Inn and Sandman |
Busing will also be provided for the spousal program and Wednesday evening banquet.

Convention Registration
Once again, we will not be sending registration cards out to each RM. The registration process will be similar to that used at the Midterm Convention. You will simply present yourself at the registration desk where you will be provided with your nametag and convention bag which will include the agenda and resolution book. Each RM that has paid their membership fees may appoint two official delegates who will also receive the voting cards when they register.
SARM Tradeshow
The SARM Tradeshow, held in conjunction with the SARM Convention will feature over 125 different companies/businesses including a variety of large equipment dipslays. Be sure to make your way through the show and find your name to be dropped off at the CAA booth #14 for a chance to win a trip for two on the Churchill Tour.

Wednesday 8:00 – 4:30 PM
SARM Banquet
Featuring Improv Comedian Roman Danylo. SARM will be hosting a banquet on Wednesday, March 14th at the Queensbury Convention Centre. The evening will consist of a buffet banquet followed by improve comedian Roman Danylo.

SARM Convention Partners’ Program Luncheon
Bring your spouse/partner with you to SARM’s convention! We are pleased to announce that he or she can enjoy a buffet lunch and a musical comedy for only $25 on Wednesday, March 14. In addition, there are plenty of door prizes to be won! Bus service will be provided from participating hotels. For more information, please call Nadine Horvath at 761-3732.

Hotel Cards
The 2012 “SARM OFFICIAL HOTEL CARDS” will not be sent out. RM’s attending the March Convention and who have paid their membership fees can pick up their hotel cards at the registration desk.
