National Account Tire Program

SARM is proud to offer its members an efficient and competitively priced tire program. The Canada wide program provides members with increased discounts and product accessibility. Having gone through the RFP process on behalf of our membership our successful vendors were Kal Tire, Michelin, Tirecraft and Goodyear, each chosen for their competitive pricing and high quality.

How it Works

  1. Determine the tires you want
  2. Go to your preferred supplier to order your selected tires
  3. Notify them that you are ordering through the “SARM Member National Account”
  4. Confirm your purchase
  5. SARM will invoice you. Your invoices will come from invoices@sarm.ca
  6. Payment is remitted to SARM

Program Benefits

  • Members have access to participate in Canada’s largest government buying group.
  • Discounts range from 32-55 per cent.
  • The SARM Member National Account can be used at any location where participating manufacturer’s sell product.
  • Access to products manufactured by Goodyear, Michelin, and Kal Tire dealers.
  • Additional services include tire tracking and educational tours and training.

Traffic Supplies Program

Partnering with major traffic sign suppliers to offer SARM members increased product and service capabilities to meet an array of municipal project needs. They provide everything from the basic essentials to specific use equipment. The Traffic Supplies Program ensures members get the signage they need at a competitive price and always trade-compliant.

How it Works

  1. Contact the supplier of your choice with your order
  2. Let them know you are interested in using the Traffic Supplies Program through SARM
  3. Confirm your purchase

Fuel Supply Program

SARM Fuel and Lubricant Program, in partnership with RMA Fuel is an innovative program specializing in the distribution of fuel and lubricants. Through strategic supplier partnerships, SARM Fuel offers a simple alternative to managing fuel and lubricant purchases. SARM Fuel ensures that its member municipalities are purchasing fuel at a fair cost. Members are able to purchase at will, with no minimum purchasing requirements, and receive membership benefits. Request a free fuel analysis today to see if we can save you money.

How it Works

  1. SARM Fuel performs a free fuel analysis for interested members based on three months of current invoices.
  2. Member confirms intent to join based on the analysis.
  3. Member can now purchase via SARM Fuel account to access benefits and savings.

  5. Payment is remitted to SARM

How it Works

NAPA Program

How it Works

  1. Contact your local NAPA dealer to order parts.
  2. Notify them that you are ordering through the “SARM Account system”
  3. Receive priority delivery
  4. NAPA will invoice you directly
  5. Remit Payment to NAPA

Fabric Shelters

In Partnership with Coverco Buildings and Vertical Building Solutions, the SARM Fabric Shelters Program is designed to provide members with significant cost savings on installation and maintenance of high-quality structures able to withstand even the extreme weather conditions of Canadian winters.

Culverts

Through an open tender process on behalf of its members, SARM has secured a reliable and competitively priced culvert program through Armtec. Providing an extensive catalogue of culverts, corrugated steel pipes, guard rails, multi plates, bridge plates, bin walls, and bridges-in-boxes, the program is a ‘one-stop shop’ for municipalities of all sizes and situations.

How it Works

  1. Contact the supplier with your specification requirements, letting them know that you want to use the SARM program.
  2. The supplier will provide pricing based on the SARM agreement.
  3. Confirm your purchase.
  4. SARM will invoice you. Your invoices will come from invoices@sarm.ca

Grader Blades / Ground Engagement Tools

Regardless of whether you need ground engagement tools for construction, maintenance or snow removal, the SARM Ground Engagement Program has your back with high quality products and preferred pricing.

How it Works

UAV Aerial Imaging

Green Aero has partnered with SARM to offer custom UAV Aerial imaging to SARM members.
They specialize in delivering accurate, actionable and affordable data.  The surge in UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) technology allows them to deliver information that was, until recently, cost prohibitive or even impossible to obtain. Green Aero will work with you to determine whether there is a UAV solution to your challenge, and if they are the right company to serve your needs.

If your RM’s purchases will be greater than the $75,000 threshold, an RFP must be posted on Sasktenders.

How it works

  1.  Contact Green Aero. Remember to mention that you are a SARM member in order to receive SARM pricing.
  2.  SARM will invoice you
  3. Remit payment to SARM

Program Benefits

  • Discounted rates on UAV services, which includes data collection, processing and report generation
  • Quick turnaround times; between 3 – 7 days
  • Volume discounts to SARM members will be offered for RM’s within a 100km area that has their project executed at the same time.
  • All required approvals by Navigation Canada, Transport Canada, Industry Canada, Rural Municipality Approvals, and General Business Liability have been obtained.
