The Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM) has been advocating for rural municipalities (RM) in Saskatchewan for over 100 years. SARM has represented RMs at senior level governments both provincially and federally, representing the interests of its members. The association proudly takes on its role as the voice of rural Saskatchewan and will continue to advance the interests of agriculture, producers, RMs and their ratepayers.
The Wins Report was developed to track, share and to celebrate the acheivements that SARM has made on behalf of its members. For the purpose of this report, a win is defined as an amendment that is legislative or regulatory, program changes and/or milestones that advance the objectives of SARM and the interests of rural municipalities.
