Trade Show

The SARM Trade Show is held each year during the Annual Convention in March.  This convention normally draws around 2,000 people with the majority being reeves, councillors and rural municipal administrators.  The show attracts many different companies, government agencies and special interest associations for the benefit of the delegates.

We encourage your business to take the opportunity to meet the present decision-makers of rural Saskatchewan, the people who direct the annual expenditure of nearly $200 million in municipal goods and services.

  • 12:30PM - 5:00PM: Regular 10X10 Booth Set Up
  • 1:30PM & 6:30PM: Exhibitor Registration will be open a couple hours in the afternoon and again in the evening

Trade Show FAQs

  1.  When is the SARM Trade Show held?
The SARM Trade Show is held in conjunction with the Annual SARM Convention which is held typically the second week of March.  The Trade Show runs from Monday evening, through Wednesday afternoon.
 
  1. Where is the Trade Show held?
The Trade Show alternates from Regina to Saskatoon each year, with the even years being in Regina and the odd years in Saskatoon.
 
  1. How much does it cost to be an exhibitor at the SARM Trade Show?
The cost of the 2018 show is $740 for a regular 10x10 booth or $820 for a prime booth plus 5% GST.
 
  1. What is the size of a booth?
The booths are 10’ x 10’ in size and come with a draped table, 2 chairs & electrical.
 
  1. How can I become an exhibitor?
Registration forms can be found online or you can contact Kristina Buitenhuis at 306.761.3730 or email kbuitenhuis@sarm.ca.
**Past exhibitors will receive registration information by email in late fall.
 
  1. Can large equipment be displayed?
Yes !! We can accommodate any size of equipment indoors!
