Point of Privilege Resolutions
Department: SARM Bylaws
WHEREAS point of privilege resolutions are becoming more prevalent at every convention;

BE IT RESOLVED that SARM amend its bylaws to remove point of privilege resolutions and encourage emergent resolutions to be submitted instead.
1-20A Response from SARM Board of Directors - June 2020
The SARM Governance Bylaw has been updated to eliminate point of privilege resolutions as voted on by members in Resolution 1-20A - Point of Privilege Resolutions. Former clause 57 dealing with point of privilege resolutions has been removed and the remaining clauses renumbered to reflect that change.
