Road Building Tender - RM of Bengough No. 40

The Rural Municipality of Bengough No. 40 is accepting tenders for building 3 miles of Road in the Municipality. 

APPROXIMATE quantities are:

Mile 1 – North N ½ 12 05 23 W2 – 12,500 m3 of clay fill –

fill ranges from 1 foot to 4 feet

Mile 2 – North of N ½ 29 06 22 W2 – 6,400 m3 of clay fill –

fill ranges from 1 foot to 3 feet

Mile 3 – W ½ 33 06 22 W2 – 13,600 m3 of clay fill –

fill ranges from 1 foot to 4 feet

On or before 4:00 p.m. February 6, 2015.  Tenders will be opened at the Regular Meeting of Council at 3:00 p.m. on February 10, 2015.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and Council reserves the right to reject any and all tenders.

Gravel Haul Tender - RM of Bengough No. 40

The Rural Municipality of Bengough No. 40 is accepting tenders for Gravel Hauling & Loading for the 2015 year.  The haul for 2015 will be approximately 9, 000 – 11, 000 yards of ¾” road gravel and will be commenced as soon as possible in May 2015 with a completion date of the July 15th, 2015.  The Rural Municipality will supply the gravel. 

Each tender shall include the following information:

  • A breakdown of the price per cubic yard mile, minimum haul mileage (if applicable) and loading charge per cubic yard, any other applicable charges, taxes etc.
  • A copy of an up to date letter of good standing with Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board
  • A list of equipment/machinery that can/will be brought and the relevant insurance coverage for said equipment/machinery
