The SARM Tradeshow is held each year during the Annual Convention in March. This convention normally draws around 2,000 people with the majority being reeves, councilors and rural municipal administrators. The show attracts many different companies, government agencies and special interest associations for the benefit of the delegates.

When is the SARM Tradeshow held?
The SARM Tradeshow is held in conjunction with the Annual SARM Convention which is held typically the second week of March. The Tradeshow runs from Monday evening, through Wednesday afternoon.
Where is the Tradeshow held?
The Tradeshow alternates from Regina to Saskatoon each year, with the even years being in Regina and the odd years in Saskatoon.
How much does it cost to be an exhibitor at the SARM Trade Show?
The cost of the 2015 show is $700 for a regular 10x10 booth or $780 for a prime booth plus 5% GST.
What is the size of a booth?
The booths are 10’ x 10’ in size and come with a draped table, 2 chairs & electrical.

Can large equipment be displayed?
Yes !! We can accommodate any size of equipment indoors!
